For UK buyers, payment can be by cheque sent to an English address or by Paypal. For U.S. buyers it can be by cheque to my American address or by Paypal. At the moment I do not have a facility to take credit or debit cards but if you have never used Paypal don’t worry. I can guide you through it and it is very, very easy. If neither method suits get in touch anyway and let’s see what we can work out.

Layaways and Special Terms

A lay-a-way scheme is available and can be tailored to you personally. Special terms are now available for bigger purchases and this can potentially be up to 1 year. If you fall in love with a bear please talk to me about how (s)he can be yours – I will do everything in my power to make it happen for you. Please note that your first payment (or the first £100, depending on which is smaller) acts as a deposit as is non-refundable should you change your mind. Unfortunately experience has proven this to be necessary.

Postal Arrangements

Bears are normally sent by a guaranteed delivery service and are insured for their full value. Postage and packing is at cost.If, in the event of a bear arriving, you are not 100% happy with him, we will accept him back and issue a full refund subject to his being returned in original condition.
